1. Application and authorized use
NoirGen Replay Studio is a private local production tool for NoirGen LLC and its authorized channel operators. This website provides information about that tool; it does not grant access to a hosted production service, create an account, or establish a subscription.
2. Accounts and owner permissions
Operators must control or be authorized to manage the accounts they connect. Google OAuth access permits the functionality described on the consent screen. Connecting an account does not itself authorize paid generation or public publishing in Replay. Operators remain responsible for account security and for reviewing the channel identity, budgets, licensing and publishing permissions they enable.
3. YouTube and connected services
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Twitch, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield and OpenAI/Codex features are also governed by the terms, availability and limits of the respective connected accounts.
Operators can revoke Google access at Google Account connections and can disable publishing or pause the local automation independently.
4. Content rights and editorial responsibility
Use only footage, audio, voices and artwork for which the intended access, editing and publication are permitted. Attribution, subtitles, narration and effects do not automatically grant copyright permission. Automated checks support the operator's workflow; they do not guarantee factual accuracy, rights clearance, monetization eligibility or freedom from claims. The operator remains responsible for the content and settings they authorize.
5. Quality, availability and costs
Rendering, review and scheduling depend on the local workstation, provider availability, valid permissions and account limits. Quality thresholds can result in fewer videos than a configured target. There is no guarantee of views, subscriber growth, revenue or uninterrupted operation. Provider subscriptions and consumption charges are governed by the operator's provider agreements and approved local spending settings.
6. Privacy and requests
The Privacy Policy describes data access, local storage, optional external processing, revocation and deletion. Authorized users can contact their NoirGen LLC workspace operator through the User support email displayed in the app's Google authorization screen.
7. Updates
These terms describe the application and authorized use as of the effective date. The operator may update the pages as functionality or applicable service requirements change. Publication of these pages does not represent Google verification or approval.
